Chuck Shreve
Senior Vice President - Great Lakes Region |
Mr. Shreve is the Senior Vice President of the Great Lakes Region. In this role,
he is responsible for working within each of the divisions of WorkLife Financial
to help facilitate their overall growth. He also works with each division head to
ensure full support of sales and operations staff in the Troy and Traverse City
offices. Additionally, Mr. Shreve works closely with the Chief Executive Officer
on any projects aimed at promoting WorkLife Financial in the Great Lakes Region
of the United States.
He specializes in organizational processes, financial administration,
and management. He brings 34 years of management and operations experience to this
role.
Prior to joining WorkLife Financial, Mr. Shreve held positions as Chief Financial
Officer at Flagstar Bank and Colonial Central Mortgage Company. He was the President
of PLUS 4 Mortgage for 8 years, managing 5 branches and 65 employees with $6 Million
in revenue and over $100 Million in mortgage originations. After PLUS 4 Mortgage,
he was the President of Community Central Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Community
Central Bank, for 6 years, managing 6 branches and 100 employees with $15 Million
in revenue and $250 Million in mortgage originations. Mr. Shreve was the Assistant
Treasurer of Pulte Homes as well as the Treasurer of ICM Mortgage (now Pulte Mortgage),
a subsidiary of Pulte Homes, where he managed $100 Million in bank lines as well
as their cash and investments.
Mr. Shreve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science and Economics from Trinity College and his MBA in Finance from
the University of Detroit in 1981.
