Neal England Senior Vice President – Central Region |
Mr. England is the Senior Vice President of the Central
Region; in this role, he is responsible for working within
each of the divisions of WorkLife Financial to help
facilitate their overall growth. He also works with each
division head to ensure full support of sales and operations
staff in the Dallas office. Additionally, Mr. England works
closely with the Chief Executive Officer on any projects
aimed at promoting WorkLife Financial in the Central
United States.
Prior to joining WorkLife Financial, Mr. England was
Executive Vice President for U.S. Personnel, Inc.; he was
responsible for all operations which included sales,
marketing, payroll and benefits, customer service, and IT.
Mr. England also worked at Brae Capital, a New York based
private equity group, responsible for various mergers and
acquisition activities within the PEO industry. He was Vice
President of Corporate Development for Staffing Resources,
Inc., a $350 Million national staffing service consolidation
based in Dallas, Texas where he directed 21 staffing service
company acquisitions and founded two niche-staffing services
in the skilled trades and customer services sector.
Mr. England has over 17 years experience in the temporary
staffing industry and over 9 years experience in the PEO and
HRO business outsourcing services industry.
