Barry Aaron Senior Vice President – National Sales |
Barry Aaron began his employment with Strategic Business
Solutions, Inc. (now owned by WorkLife Financial Inc.) in
May 2005 as Sales Manager to facilitate the growth of their
PEO division in Georgia. In February 2007, Mr. Aaron was
promoted to General Manager of the Georgia operation, and,
in January 2008 he was named Senior Vice President of
National Sales; in this role, he is responsible for
developing and executing an integrated sales plan which will
help the company grow in terms of total revenue and profit.
Mr. Aaron identifies and conceptualizes new business
opportunities as related to existing clients in addition to
innovative product initiatives. His primary responsibility
is to ensure the overall management of the business
development strategy to effectively propel corporate
expansion and growth.
Mr. Aaron has 28 years of sales and sales management
experience and has been in the HR Administration industry
for 9 years. Prior to joining WorkLife Financial, he was
Regional Sales Director of a national PEO organization. He
also assisted in the initial start up phase of a PEO
operation in Georgia for a company that is headquartered in
the Midwest. Before working in the HR Administration
industry, he held numerous Sales and Sales Management
positions for the largest privately owned textile company.
Mr. Aaron was inducted into their Master Club in 1993 for
exceeding sales goals consistently over a 5 year period. He
began his sales career working for one of the pioneer
companies within the floor covering industry; during that
time, he held various sales and sales management positions
in three different regions of the United States, including
Field Sales Director of National Accounts at the corporate
office. Mr. Aaron was responsible for developing national
marketing and sales programs for Sears, Sherwin Williams
Paints, Lowes, and Abbey Carpet. He was honored as their
“Account Rep of the Year” in 1983 for revitalizing their
distribution network in Central Florida. He received his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and
Marketing from Temple University.
